100 g full-fat yogurt
50 g almond milk or regular milk
40 g “Golden Apple” apricot jam
30 g oats or granola (for topping)

Preparation Method
Place the banana, yogurt, milk, and jam in a blender and blend until a creamy, smooth mixture is formed.
