Chicken with Xriso Milo Orange Jam

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • A little fresh thyme
  • 600 gr chicken fillet
  • 100 gr Xriso Milo orange jam
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt, pepper

A distinctive dish that combines the sweetness of jam with savory notes, creating a balanced and modern flavor profile.

Preparation Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the jam with the soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic until you get a fragrant sauce.

Coat the chicken fillets with the mixture, season with salt and pepper, and place them in a baking tray. Add a little fresh thyme and bake for 25–30 minutes, until cooked through and nicely browned.

Serve with rice or roasted vegetables, spooning over the pan sauce.
