Swiss Roll with Xriso Milo Jam

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr Xriso Milo jam
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 120 gr flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

A light and fluffy sponge cake that wraps around the sweet intensity of the jam, creating an elegant and delightful dessert.

Preparation Method

Beat the eggs with the sugar until they become fluffy and form a pale-colored mixture. Add the sifted flour and vanilla, mixing gently.

Spread the mixture onto a shallow baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.

Once baked, spread the jam and carefully roll it up while it is still warm.
