Preparation Method
Start by preparing the base. Crush the biscuits until they resemble sand, then mix them with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a cake pan using a spoon to form a compact layer, and place it in the refrigerator to set.
Continue with the cream. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until light and smooth. Add the heavy cream, vanilla, and lemon juice, and continue mixing until you get a silky, airy cream.
Spread the cream over the base and smooth the surface. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, until set and the flavors have combined.
