Yogurt Dessert with Xriso Milo Spoon Sweet

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • 200–250 gr Xriso Milo spoon sweet (fig, sour cherry, orange, etc.)
  • 500 gr strained yogurt (10% fat)
  • 200 gr heavy cream (35% fat)
  • 60 gr powdered sugar

A refreshing and light dessert that highlights the fruity intensity of spoon sweet, in a delightful combination with a velvety texture.

Preparation Method

Start by whipping the cream with the powdered sugar until a fluffy whipped cream forms. Add the yogurt and gently mix, so the airy texture of the mixture is maintained.

Divide the dessert into glasses or bowls and finish with 2–3 spoonfuls of spoon sweet on each serving.

Serve well chilled.
