Tart with Xriso Milo Jam

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr flour
  • 150 gr cold butter
  • 80 gr sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 300–350 gr Xriso Milo jam of your choice

A classic homemade tart that highlights the flavor of jam, with a crisp base and aromatic filling.

Preparation Method

Start by rubbing the cold butter into the flour until a crumbly mixture forms. Add the sugar and egg, and knead until a smooth dough is formed.

Press the dough into a tart pan, reserving a small portion for decoration. Spread the jam over the surface and decorate with strips of dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 35 minutes, until golden brown.
