RESEARCH – INNOVATE
Our company has successfully completed the project “Utilizing Grape Must in the Food Industry” within the framework of the “Research – Innovate” initiative, with the primary goal of developing innovative products in the field of traditional spoon sweets.
Our efforts focused on utilizing carefully selected, high-quality raw materials to create sweets that combine traditional flavor with modern nutritional value.
Through this project, we significantly enhanced our research and production activities, developing new recipes and products that meet the demands of contemporary consumers for healthy, nutritious, and flavorful choices.
The process included testing innovative production techniques, specialized preservation methods, and careful selection of raw materials to ensure maximum quality and authentic taste in every product.
The project was co-financed by Greece and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), as part of the Operational Programme “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EPAnEK) 2014–2020”, contributing to the promotion of innovation and competitiveness in the Greek food sector.
The result of this effort is the creation of unique products that bridge tradition with modern gastronomic approaches, offering consumers an authentic and high-quality taste experience.
