Our traditional Apple Cider Vinegar is produced from fine aromatic Firiki apples of Pelion and is a 100% natural product.

For its production, the traditional long process of natural fermentation and acidification is applied (a few weeks), so that the product acquires the maximum amount of valuable nutrients and aromatic components of the apple.

It is then aged in oak barrels for a long period (6-12 months) where with secondary fermentations and reactions the harsh taste is reduced.

It is raw, unpasteurized, unfiltered, with 5% acidity and due to the natural fermentation all the valuable enzymes, trace elements, vitamins & minerals remain unaltered.

It does not contain sulfites, sugar, colorings, starch and gluten.
